My name is Mark Guillerman, TREC # 6532 and I am the owner of All Pro Home Inspections Services, LLC . I perform building inspections for most of Harris and Fort Bend Counties which include Houston, Katy, Richmond, Cypress Fairbanks, Missouri City, Bellaire, Tomball, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Pearland and Missouri City.
Qualifications - My dedication to the field of Home Inspection is best demonstrated by the level of Certifications I have obtained with the International Code Council (ICC). There are many inspectors who have been performing inspections for years like I have, but not many have strived to actually learn the codes and go through the rigorous certification exams that I have. Check it out, go to my links page, click on the site and punch in my name, and then punch in the name of the other inspectors you are considering. Any inspector that's an ICC Certified Combination Inspector, knows the codes and will have the respect and attention of most builders.
Along with the initial training involved with getting my Professional Inspectors License, I have also taken 100's of hours of education classes, seminars, apprenticeships etc..., including National Association of Wastewater Treatment (Septic Systems), swimming pools, water systems cross contaminations, Simpson Strong Tie, Plan Review etc..., This is on top of numerous courses involved with the ICC Certifications.
I am also certified as a Response and Recovery Disaster Housing Inspector and inspected close to 1,000 homes in the New Orleans area (including 9th Ward) after Katrina.
Experience- I have performed over 1,000 residential home inspections in and around the Houston area. These inspections include both new and used homes as well as phase inspections (foundation, framing, final, electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
I have also worked in St. Bernard's Parrish Louisiana (Post Katrina) managing a team of inspectors and plan reviewers. My work included Plan Review, training department personnel in Code Compliance, working with builders and contractors to enforce Code Compliance and performing both residential and commercial inspections.
Summary- Being a Professional Home Inspector is a never ending cycle of learning. The codes are always evolving, reacting to new building products and safety concerns, as well as damages caused by Hurricanes, fires and flooding. If your having a new home built you need an inspector that has the knowledge and experience with the building codes. If your buying an older home you'll need an inspector that's willing to walk the roof, crawl under your home if there's a crawlspace, and fully investigate an attic space even in the hottest days of summer. Also, an inspector with the experience to do the job properly.
My inspection reports are thorough, complete with digital photo's and code references (new homes). I encourage any and all questions about your home both during and after the inspection. I take my time and I do it right.
THANK YOU
